    Creamy and Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe can be made in less than 10 minutes in your pressure cooker or 20 minutes in the oven.

    Easy recipe that can be thrown together early and heated when you need it. Family Friendly and delicious.

    What's in Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip?

    • 8oz Cream Cheese Softened
    • ½ Cup Sour Cream
    • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
    • 8-12 oz Chopped Frozen Spinach (thawed and well drained)
    • 1 Can Artichoke Hearts rough chopped (drained)
    • 1 Bunch Green Onions Diced
    • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
    • ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese
    • Salt and Pepper to Taste
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

    Can you Reheat Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip?

    Of course you can. You can always pop it in the microwave and stir every 30 seconds until you reach the desired temperature, however I also like to pre-heat an oven to 350 degrees and place dip in an oven safe bowl and heat for 20-25 minutes until hot!

    Is Spinach Artichoke Dip Gluten Free?

    Spinach Artichoke Dip is Delicious, when served at a restaurant make sure to clarify if it is indeed Gluten Free and don't forget about what you dip into it.

    Breads and crackers typically have gluten in it. That's where this dip becomes a problem.

    How to Cook Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

    There are plenty of ways to get from point A to B, so of course there are also many ways you can prepare Spinach Artichoke Dip.

    Use your Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker, the Oven or even make this awesome dip and go Camping! I'm telling you, we love Spinach Artichoke Dip, it's delicious!

    Mixing Ingredients for Dip Recipe

    Mixing Ingredients

    • In a medium bowl combine Softened Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, and crushed garlic. Mix and stir until combined.
    • In a separate bowl combine Chopped Frozen Spinach (drained - remove all excess liquid) with Chopped Artichoke Hearts (drain excess liquid from Artichoke Hearts), diced green onions, Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Salt and Pepper to taste and Garlic Powder.
    • Add Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
    • Mix ingredients until combined
    • Add Cream Cheese Mixture to Spinach Artichoke Mixture and stir
    • Follow cooking processes below

    Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker Directions

    • Follow Directions to mix ingredients
    • Place Spinach Artichoke Dip into a springform pan or other Pressure Cooker approved pans.
    • Cover with foil
    • Place 1 Cup water into Pressure Cooker
    • Place Dip on trivet in Pressure Cooker
    • Cook on Manual High for 8 minutes
    • Quick Release (QR) the Pressure
    • Remove Dip and serve with bread or tortilla chips

    Oven Directions

    • Follow directions to mix ingredients
    • Place Spinach Artichoke Dip into an oven safe bowl and cover with foil
    • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
    • Place dip in oven to bake for 18-22 minutes
    • Remove foil last 5-10 minutes to melt cheese on top
    • Serve with bread or tortilla chips

    If you are a fan of Applebee's Spinach Artichoke Dip, this is as close as I've come to their famous appetizer dip. It's delicious but why not make it at home and enjoy a larger portion!

    It only takes me a few minutes to throw this Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip recipe together and depending on my cooking method I can have an amazing Appetizer Recipe in 30 minutes or less.

    Perfect for Football season or any occasion really and don't forget New Year's Eve too. There isn't a bad time to serve this Hot Spinach Dip

    Ingredients

    • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
    • ½ Cup Sour Cream
    • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
    • 8-12 Oz Chopped Frozen Spinach - drained
    • 1 Can Artichoke Hearts
    • 1 Bunch Green Onions Diced
    • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
    • ½ Cup Mozarella Cheese
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes - Optional

    Instructions

    Mix Ingredients:

    • In a bowl combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and garlic and stir to combine. Set aside
    • Rinse and drain artichoke hearts and rough chop.
    • Allow Spinach to thaw or place in microwave for a minute. Drain Spinach. Remove all excess liquid.
    • In a separate bowl add chopped drained spinach, chopped drained artichoke hearts, diced green onions, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and mix to combine
    • Add Salt and Pepper to taste and add Garlic Salt. Stir
    • Optional - Red Pepper Flakes and stir -this will spice up the dip
