What's in Honey Glazed Chicken?
- 2 small Chicken Breasts, about 1 pound
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoons garlic
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper


How to make Air Fried Honey Glazed Chicken?
- In a bowl combine the olive oil, vinegar, and honey. Stir to combine
- Add in the salt and pepper
- Slice the chicken breasts in half (horizontally to make 4 thin chicken breasts)
- Place the chicken in the marinade and then allow it to sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 8 minutes per side (flip and repeat)
- Remove the chicken breasts and then allow them to rest
- The internal temperature should reach 165 degrees
- Slice and serve over rice, or on a salad

Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker Directions:
- In a bowl combine olive oil, vinegar and honey and stir to combine

- Place 1 cup of water in bottom of Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker
- Place chicken on trivet in Pressure Cooker
- Set to Manual / Pressure Cook for 9 Minutes with a 6 minute Natural Release
- Remove chicken and allow to rest
- Slice chicken and serve over Rice, or on a salad
