    What's in Honey Glazed Chicken?

    • 2 small Chicken Breasts, about 1 pound
    • 3 Tablespoons Honey
    • 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
    • 1 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    • 1 teaspoons garlic
    • ½ teaspoon Salt
    • ¼ teaspoon Pepper

    How to make Air Fried Honey Glazed Chicken?

    • In a bowl combine the olive oil, vinegar, and honey. Stir to combine
    • Add in the salt and pepper
    • Slice the chicken breasts in half (horizontally to make 4 thin chicken breasts)
    • Place the chicken in the marinade and then allow it to sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours
    • Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 8 minutes per side (flip and repeat)
    • Remove the chicken breasts and then allow them to rest
    • The internal temperature should reach 165 degrees
    • Slice and serve over rice, or on a salad

    Ingredients

    Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker Directions:

    • In a bowl combine olive oil, vinegar and honey and stir to combine
    • Add salt and pepper
    • Slice chicken breasts in half (horizontally to make 4 thin chicken breasts)
    • Place chicken in marinade and allow to sit for 30minutes to 2 hours
    • Place 1 cup of water in bottom of Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker
    • Place chicken on trivet in Pressure Cooker
    • Set to Manual / Pressure Cook for 9 Minutes with a 6 minute Natural Release
    • Remove chicken and allow to rest
    • Slice chicken and serve over Rice, or on a salad

      This only says 2 red vinegar. What is it? Tablespoons, teaspoons?

        Hi Michelle, The recipe card at the bottom of the post has all the measurements and directions. You will need 2 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar. Hope that helps.

          Your recipe and instructions only says 2 Red Wine Vinegar what is the measurement to be used tsp or Tbs
