    With avocados and eggs being a naturally filling and healthy meal its hard to think of things that would go great with them.

    Depending on your preference you may find that a simple piece of toast or a nice piece of fish can create a full plate of healthy options.

    What’s In Baked Avacado with Eggs?

    • 2 Avocado
    • 4 Eggs
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Optional add-ins:

    • Bell Pepper
    • Green Onion
    • Bacon
    • Cheese
    • Ham Bits

    How to Make Baked Avacado with Eggs

    • Preheat your Oven to 400 degrees.
    • Slice each avocado in half and then remove the pit.
    • With a spoon make a large hole, removing some of the avocado flesh.
    • Crack 1 egg into each hole.
    • Add some salt and pepper.
    • Sprinkle with any additional add-in item that you wish.
    • Bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until the yolk reaches your desired level of doneness.
