I am new and recently bought 2 stackable egg molds. Does the time change when doing 2 molds? They also came with silicone covers, do I cover the molds? Thank you

If I don’t have silicone moulds to make the egg bites, can you suggest what I could use instead. I am dying to make them.

Hi Ruby, the silicone molds are necessary for the egg bites. But you could try to use aluminum foil I suppose to make individual molds for the egg bites. You might also enjoy making one of my Crustless Quiche Recipes that would be similar. They are delicious.

Made these to a tee. Pressure cook for 10 NR for 5 they were still runny, had to finish in the microwave. Just new to the instant pot very nervous of it and now disappointed. Sharon

Hi Sharon,
I'm so sorry to hear this. It sounds as if your Pressure Cooker didn't properly seal, which happens from time to time. It's important to make sure the pressure valve seals and comes to full pressure so foods inside cook. Please reach out to me in a DM, I'd be happy to help walk you through the recipe to try again!
Janet
These were delicious. Definitely going to keep making these.
