Grinch fudge is a delicious holiday treat that will delight everyone you meet.

Just be careful to cut into small portion sizes so no one has to worry about their waistlines growing two sizes too.

The holiday season is when many people put diets on hold so that they can partake in the food-filled festivities and delicious homemade treats.
With this easy fudge, you can give them the sweetness that they so crave.
Don’t you just love getting assorted cookies every year with Christmas cookie exchanges?
It’s so much fun to make these treats and hand them off to friends and family, but switching them out every once in a while for homemade fudge can be a nice change of pace and a fun surprise.
Grinch fudge brings the holiday cheer and gives a nice break from all of the snickerdoodles.

Grinch fudge is a very festive dessert that would do great at any holiday party or gathering.
I also recommend taking along my special eggnog pie as it is another holiday favorite that will have people begging for more.

- Microwaves heat at different temperatures so you may need more or less time to fully melt your chips and butter.

How long does Fudge Last?
Fudge can last at room temperature for up to two weeks, but you can double the expectancy by placing it in the fridge.
For best results, you’ll want to eat it when it is fresher, but of course, fudge never really lasts this long as its always eaten fairly quickly.
How to Store Fudge
You should always keep your fudge stored in an airtight container or Ziploc bag for maximum freshness. You can also keep it on a plate with a plastic wrap covering if that is more convenient for you.
Can you Freeze Fudge?
Yes! Fudge freezes very well! I highly recommend freezing any fudge if you can’t eat it fast enough for the shelf or fridge options.
I will note that it is best to have your fudge already cut into bite-sized portions and ready to go as this makes it easier to pull out the frozen cubes when you’re ready to eat.
It reduces the time to thaw and allows you to grab as many or as few as you want.

Tips for making Grinch Fudge
You will definitely want to use parchment paper. It makes the cleanup and the fudge come out looking much neater.
Using the parchment paper like a sling inside of the baking dish gives you much less to clean up after it’s cooled and has it come out neatly in one solid form.
Cut with a clean sharp knife. You’ll want to keep warm water or a clean rag handy so that you can continue to clean off the blade while cutting the fudge.
This allows for straight and appealing edges giving you that picture-perfect fudge.
