How to Make Grinch Fudge in the Microwave

    1. In a microwave-safe bowl add in the White chocolate Chips, Sweetened Condensed Milk and the Butter.
    2. Heat it in a microwave for 1-3 minutes, stirring after each minute.
    3. Microwaves heat at different temperatures so you may need more or less time to fully melt your chips and butter.
    4. Stir the mixture to remove any lumps and combine ingredients.
    5. Add in 20 drops of green food coloring and stir well to avoid a green marbled effect in the fudge.
    6. Pour the fudge mixture into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
    7. Place the hearts every 1inch and a half apart making 5 hearts on each row and gently press the hearts into the fudge.
    8. Place the fudge in the refrigerator for 2-5 hours to chill.
    9. To cut: use a sharp clean knife.
    10. Lift the fudge out of the pan by pulling on the parchment paper.
    11. Cut the fudge into 1 ½ inch squares with a heart in each square.
    12. Store in an airtight container.

How to Make Grinch Fudge in the Pressure Cooker

    1. Pour 2 cups of water in your Pressure Cooker and Press Saute.
    2. In a large glass bowl, add the White Chocolate Chips, Sweetened Condensed Milk and Butter.

    5. Stir the mixture to combine it until smooth.
    6. Turn off the Pressure Cooker.
    7. Add in 20 drops of green food coloring and stir until combined. Make sure that you mix well so that you don’t end up with any marble effect in your fudge.

    9. Place the hearts an even 1inch apart, and a half 5 hearts on each row and gently press hearts into the fudge.

    How long does Fudge Last?

Fudge can last at room temperature for up to two weeks, but you can double the expectancy by placing it in the fridge.

For best results, you’ll want to eat it when it is fresher, but of course, fudge never really lasts this long as its always eaten fairly quickly.

    How to Store Fudge

You should always keep your fudge stored in an airtight container or Ziploc bag for maximum freshness. You can also keep it on a plate with a plastic wrap covering if that is more convenient for you.

    Can you Freeze Fudge?

Yes! Fudge freezes very well! I highly recommend freezing any fudge if you can’t eat it fast enough for the shelf or fridge options.

I will note that it is best to have your fudge already cut into bite-sized portions and ready to go as this makes it easier to pull out the frozen cubes when you’re ready to eat.

It reduces the time to thaw and allows you to grab as many or as few as you want.

    Tips for making Grinch Fudge

You will definitely want to use parchment paper. It makes the cleanup and the fudge come out looking much neater.

Using the parchment paper like a sling inside of the baking dish gives you much less to clean up after it’s cooled and has it come out neatly in one solid form.

Cut with a clean sharp knife. You’ll want to keep warm water or a clean rag handy so that you can continue to clean off the blade while cutting the fudge.

This allows for straight and appealing edges giving you that picture-perfect fudge.

    Where to find Candy Hearts

Many of you are asking where I found these adorable candy hearts. I purchased them from a party supply store called Zurchers and as of this posting can be purchased through this link. I have also found them on Amazon as well. They are made by Wilton and come in a container with both red and pink hearts sprinkles.

Don't be limited by these specific sprinkles. ANY Heart sprinkle will do!!
