Pumpkin is one of the most versatile ingredients and is so complimentary for many different desserts, appetizers, and dishes. Whether that is Pumpkin French Toast, Pumpkin Muffins, Pumpkin Ravioli, or even a warm Pumpkin Soup. Pumpkin goes well with really anything if you ask me.

Some of my favorite treats that pair very well with this pumpkin dip are apples because of their tart and sweet crisp flavor. Ginger Snaps Cookies, or Pie Crust Cookies are perfectly balanced with cinnamon and nutmeg while pretzels give a nice sweet and salty appeal.
So what is “Fluff” really?
I know you are probably asking yourself 'What is Fluff?' is it a side dish, appetizer, or dessert. Well, all these answers are correct. And this Pumpkin Fluff is served on a fun Fall Charcuterie Board which is so fun to make and serve.

- Cream Cheese - softened so it blends easily and adds tangy creaminess.
- Cool Whip - Gives the dip its airy fluff texture
- Vanilla Instant Pudding - Thickens and sweetens while bossing vanilla flavor
- Vanilla Extract - Rounds out the pumpkin spice notes
- Cinnamon, Nutmeg, & Allspice - classic warm spices that make this recipe sing.
The Must-Haves
- Hand Mixer - For silky, lump free blending

- Silicone Spatula - Helps fold in Cool Whip and scrape the sides of the bowl

Let's Make It! Creamy Pumpkin Dip
In a large bowl combine pumpkin puree, 4 oz softened cream cheese, Vanilla Pudding Mix, vanilla, and spices with pumpkin puree. This mixture will be very thick. Fold Cool Whip into Pumpkin Mixture. It's really that simple.

Sprinkle Cinnamon on top as a garnish to add a little extra flavor. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
It's easy to pipe Pumpkin Fluff for a more decorative presentation. Using a larger Star frosting Tip and a zip lock bag. Cut a corner off bag and place piping tip into corner and fill with Fluff. Making Swirling motions to pipe fluff into bowl or on plate.
What are the best treats to eat with this Dip Recipe?

- Graham Crackers - Fan favorite for young and old, dips well and is delicious
- Apples - Choose a tart or crisp apple like Granny Smith or Honey Crisp
- Vanilla Wafers - Less sweet option that everyone loves the sweet vanilla flavor
- Shortbread Cookies - Adult favorite, a nice balance of not too sweet
- Gingersnaps - Bold strong flavor with creamy Pumpkin Fluff makes every bite great
- Pretzels - Salty and sweet combo with Pumpkin Dip Recipe
- Marshmallows - Fun extra to add to your dipping board

Making a Charcuterie Board is easy and so much fun. Use a large wooden cutting board and place fun items to dip into fluff. I like making smaller groups of ingredients like cookies and apples and nuts in a group on the board for variety and the best visual appeal.

Jo
This pumpkin dessert will not disappoint! So easy to make and ready to eat immediately or can be made early and refrigerated. I served this with ginger snap cookies and graham crackers for dipping. Vanilla wafers or other cookies of choice would be good too. ( Or, you could even eat this as a dessert all by itself. It's so good.)

Thanks for the raving review Jo! I sure appreciate it
