How to Melt Candy Wafers
Microwave Directions:

In a bowl add Candy Melts. Melt in Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Melt for an additional 30 seconds and stir. If more time is needed Microwave for 15 seconds and stir until smooth.
Instant Pot Directions:
Add 2 cups of water to the liner of the Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker and set to Saute. Place a large glass bowl on top of Instant Pot. Bowl should be larger than Instant Pot and rest nicely on top. This creates a double boiler.

Add Candy Melts to bowl. As the water below heats the steam will warm the glass bowl and melt the candy wafers. Stir until smooth. Turn Instant Pot to Keep Warm and dip cookies into melted candy.
Melting Candy Wafers is pretty easy. Just make sure to not allow any additional liquid mix into the candy or it will seize and get hard.

Tips and Tricks
Candy Melts will harden quickly after Oreos are dipped. Dip 3-4 cookies and then add sprinkles before it hardens. Otherwise candy melts will be too hard for Sprinkles to stick. Trust me, I've failed more than once thinking I could hurry and dip a bunch of cookies only to find the first cookies dipped were too hard for sprinkles to stick.
