How to Freeze Egg Bites?
Arrange your cooled egg bites on a large baking sheet and then freeze for about an hour or two until they are frozen solid. Then transfer the bites to a large Ziploc styled bag, label and freeze.
Now you can enjoy your egg bites whenever you want and without worrying about them sticking together in the bag, making it much easier to grab and go!

How to reheat Egg Bites
You can reheat your egg bites in the microwave by simply wrapping your egg bite in a paper towel and placing it on a plate.
Frozen egg bites will take longer than a thawed one to cook but start by cooking for 60 seconds and then checking. After that, you can add more time if needed.
How long will Egg Bites Last in the Refridgerator?
If properly stored inside of an airtight container in your fridge you can expect your egg bites to last up to one week and be just fine!
This is great news for those trying to meal prep their mornings for a simplified breakfast or a quick meal on the go!

How long will egg bites last in the Freezer?
Store your egg bites in the freezer-friendly bag for up to 2 months.
Keeping them inside of the freezer for any longer than that may subject them to freezer burn, which would make your delicious egg bites feel dried out once reheated.

Sue
Can these be cooked somehow other than with an InstaPot?
Devour Dinner
Hi Sue, these could of course be baked in the oven. I haven't tested the time or temp but I would start with 350 for about 20 mins and cook additional time if needed.
Diane
Perfect ratio for 7 bites. The butter not only adds a bit of flavor but makes the bites release from the molds easily.
