You won’t go wrong with these shredded pork recipes!
1 pork roast (Loin or a sirloin tip roast)
2-3 cloves Garlic – Crushed
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 cup chicken broth (substitute w/ vegetable or beef broth)
Step 1: Place roast in a crock pot and sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Step 2: Crush garlic cloves and place scattered on top of roast.
Step 3: Pour broth in the crock pot. This helps to keep the meat moist while cooking.
Step 4: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Step 5: Remove from crock pot into a separate dish and with forks shred meat.
