I love Pork! I love the lighter meat on a roast and I adore the darker meat on a roast or a loin. It’s juicy and flavorful. Shredded Pork can be used for so many recipes. It’s simple to throw in the crock-pot to have ready for you when you arrive home after a long day. I love my crock-pot that allows me to set a timer and when it’s done, it automatically goes to a “warm” mode. I couldn’t live without this crock-pot.
Place roast in Crock-Pot for 6-8 hours with garlic and broth. The broth helps to keep the roast extra moist while cooking and it’s so much easier to shred when it’s not dried out. The garlic adds an even flavor through out.
Recipes That Taste Good With This
