I love my Cosori Air Fryer. It has a large enough basket to make many things. I love this recipe for Air Fried Pork Tenderloin because it turns out perfectly every time. I love the moist, tender and juice medallions served with roasted broccoli and a Loaded Baked Potato.
The tenderloin is the small round cut of meat located in the muscle under the backbone. Where a pork loin is a wider flatter cut of meat that could be bone in or boneless. The tenderloin is the most tender cut of pork.
Marinade: Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Pepper, Salt, Garlic and Rosemary.
How to Air Fry a Marinated Pork Tenderloin
I’m in love with how tender and moist the tenderloin turns out when cooked in the Air Fryer. It’s fork tender, meaning you can cut a sliced piece with a fork to eat in smaller bite size pieces. The marinade is also fantastic and a favorite.
To begin, gather the needed ingredients. This helps ensure you don't forget any ingredient.
Mix marinade ingredients together in a small bowl. You can also save yourself a dirty dish and put all ingredients into a large gallon size Zip-loc bag. I find it easiest to marinate meat in a Zip-loc bag. Just make sure to mix all the ingredients well if using the bag as the brown sugar tends to clump together.
Marinate for as little as 1 hour, however I prefer to allow at least 2-3 hours to marinate before cooking. Preheat Air Fryer to 400F Degrees and place tenderloin into a greased basket or use a parchment paper with holes.
Make sure to tuck the tail of the tenderloin under. It’s thinner and will cook much quicker if left untucked.
This recipe has a cook time of10 minutes then carefully turn over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes. It's a quick and easy recipe. In under 20 minutes you will be enjoying a delicious recipe.
Place cooked tenderloin on a cutting board to rest for at least 5 minutes. Cover with foil to keep warm. Then slice into medallions.
It’s important to have an internal thermometer, or food thermometer to measure the temperature of the pork. Pork should be cooked to 145 degrees before removing from the heat source. Also allow meat to rest for at least 3 minutes before slicing. Adjust time as needed for larger tenderloins.
Allowing meat to rest before slicing helps to ensure that the meat is nice and juicy.
How to Serve
I love to cut pork into medallions. They are so tender you can cut with a fork. Make sure to sneak a taste before serving. Trust me, it's delicious. Serve with a side of rice or mashed potatoes. Add your favorite vegetable or green salad or a delicious meal.
