Perfectly Caramelized Air Fryer Carrots are fantastic when served as a side dish recipe. Even better when they can be made quicker than roasting in the oven. Use garden grown carrots or sweet baby carrots for a perfect vegetable dish served with dinner.

This post is sponsored in conjunction with #FallFlavors. I received product samples from sponsor companies to help in the creation of the Fall Flavors recipes. All opinions are mine alone.
If you are like me then you just might forget to make a side dish to go with a delicious dinner recipe but trust me when I say that adding a side dish to a delicious Kentucky Bourbon Steak Bite Recipe or an Bruschetta Chicken recipe only enhances a meal.
What I love about this recipe is the carrots are perfect roasted, not overly soft but nicely cooked and with only a few ingredients it's easy throw together this roasted carrots recipe while finishing up dinner.

Ingredients Needed
- Carrots - Homegrown or Baby Carrots either are a perfect choice
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
Supplies Used
An Air Fryer of course. I use a Cosori Air Fryer with Parchment Paper in the basket. The paper makes for easy clean up and is perfect. I also love using a large Glass Mixing bowl to combine cut carrots and seasonings.
How to make a Perfect Side Dish Recipe
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400F Degrees for 5 minutes
- Spray basket with Avocado Spray or use Parchment Paper Liner
- Peel Carrots and cut into 2-3 inch pieces then quarter each piece making sure to keep all slices similar in size and thickness.
- Place carrots in mixing bowl and add Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar. Season with Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder and toss to combine.
- Add carrots to Preheated Air Fryer and cook at 400F Degrees for 8-10 Minutes.
- Toss and cook an additional 8-10 minutes or 10-12 minutes for softer carrots
- Remove and serve hot.
Fun Facts about Carrots
Carrots are typically Orange but they are also purple, red, black, white and even yellow in color. There are more than 100 different kinds of carrots and they can grow between 2 and 20inches long. And believe it or not, Carrots are the second most favorite vegetable right behind Potatoes.
Melissa’s Produce
I received a huge box of fresh produce including fruits and vegetables from Melissa’s Produce. I live in a rural area that enjoys winter for many months. With short growing seasons finding quality fresh produce is difficult. I loved my box of produce and can’t wait to order more.
In this recipe I used fresh carrots sent from Melissa's Produce. It's always fantastic to have beautiful fresh produce to serve to my family.
