Quick Bread
Quick Breads include a variety of recipes including cakes, as well as banana bread, biscuits, cornbread, muffins, scones, and soda bread. Quick breads do not use yeast but will typically use Baking Powder or Baking Soda in the ingredient list as a leavening agent and permits immediate baking of the dough or batter.
Soft Dough, Thick Batter, and Pour Batter are the 3 varieties of Quick Bread Recipes. All delicious and all uniquely different.
Most Quick Bread Recipes can be mixed with a Hand Mixer however you will find that I prefer to mix batter or dough with my Bosch Universal Mixer. I grew up learning how to use a Bosch Mixer and I love it.
My favorite Quick bread is always the one I'm currently eating! I love quick bread fresh from the oven.
