I wondered what I should call this easy recipe and one day my son came home from school and excitedly shouted "S'mores on a Stick" and it stuck. So now when the kids want a pre-made S'more, I make these fun Marshmallow Pops and everyone is thrilled.
Let me tell you what I love about them. I use the Giant Campfire Marshmallows. So one treat is enough to curb your sweet tooth. I love how even after the marshmallow is toasted that it remains soft and I enjoy eating these fun Mallow Pops cold. Then there is a nice thick layer of chocolate and graham cracker crumbs. It's just magic when all combined.

How to make S'mores on a Stick
Step 1: In a glass bowl melt chocolate chips in Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Add an additional 30 seconds and stir. If more time is needed add 15 seconds and stir until smooth.

Step 2: Using a food processor smash Graham Crackers to a fine crumb and pout into a small bowl. Bowl needs to be larger than the Marshmallow.
Step 3: Using your fingers hold top of Marshmallow and Dip Marshmallow into Chocolate coating ½ of the marshmallow. Lift and shake off excess chocolate.
Step 4: Dip Chocolate Coated Marshmallow into Graham Cracker Crumbs and marshmallow side down on parchment paper.
Step 5: Carefully poke stick into marshmallow ¾th the way through but do not poke through. The deeper the stick is placed the better.
Step 6: (optional) Toast Marshmallow using a lighter or gas stove top until toasted.
After toasted Marshmallows have cooled place in a bag with a tie to store. It's a fun treat to deliver to neighbors, take to work, or just because.
