You will thank me later with how good these are.  Yum!

What to season Roasted Potatoes With?

This recipe seasons Roasted Potatoes with Ranch dry seasonings packet.  Melted butter helps the seasons coat the outside of the potatoes and infuses the flavors while roasting.

    Quick Tips

Always Wash your produce, you never know what chemicals or dirt is on them and certainly don’t want to eat that.  Give them a good wash and scrub if needed.

Produce can and should be washed when you bring it home from the grocery store that way it’s not spreading any contaminating germs inside of your refrigerator.

This looks so good! I have a question, do you put the potatoes on the bottom of the IP or do you use the trivet to put the potatoes on?

Hi Denise, you can place the potatoes on a trivet if you wish. I will sometimes put them directly into the liquid. It's a personal preference
