    Notes

    Storage
    • Storage: Cooked broccoli can stay in the refrigerator for 3-5 days if you wrap it in foil or store it in an airtight container. Microwave to reheat.
    • Freezing: You can freeze broccoli once it’s been cooked, but it doesn’t always taste great after thawing and reheating. If you need to cook it before freezing it, you should blanch it, then dry and freeze it. To do this, cook the broccoli, then immediately put it in ice water to stop it from cooking. Then, flash-freeze the florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Store your frozen broccoli in a Ziploc bag or freezer bag for up to 3 months.
