Brownies and Bars

Brownies were invented due to a mishap.  That's right.  Just like many other recipes, Brownies were a result of a baking not having all the ingredients they wanted for a specific recipe and a soft chocolatey fudgy recipe came about.  I don't know about you, but I'm thrilled because I'm all about a rich chocolate dessert.
