4 Ingredient Spring Peanut Clusters!
- 1 lb White Chocolate Almond Bark
- 16 oz Dry Roasted Peanuts or Salted Peanuts
- 1 bag Easter Holiday M&M's Plain
- 1-2 Tbs Holiday Easter Sprinkles
How to Make Spring Easter Clusters In Your Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker
- Add 2 cups water to the Instant Pot / Pressure cooker
- Set the pot to Saute and wait until it reads "Hot"
- Place a large bowl on the top of the Pressure Cook to act as a Double Boiler
- Rough Chop the Almond Bark and then add it to the glass bowl
- As the bowl gets hot, the almond bark will begin to melt. Carefully stir until it’s smooth
- Add in the peanuts and stir again
- Add ½ of the bag of M&M to the Peanut Mixture and then stir
- Using a Medium Cookie Scoop, scoop the mixture onto some parchment paper
- Add 1 or 2 M&M's to the top of the cluster and then sprinkle with Holiday Sprinkles
- Allow them to completely cool before eating.
- Keep stored in an Air Tight Container
Can I make Spring Peanut Clusters in Crock Pot?
You can use little ceramic bowls inside of your slow cooker to hole your almond bark and place about an inch of water at the base, around the bowls (not inside of them).
Place the lid on and let the chocolate melt. Then follow the instructions as directed.
Can I freeze Spring Peanut Clusters?
Yes you can but please note that the almond bark chocolate will begin to sweat as the clusters thaw and come to room temperature. They’ll still taste great though!
