    How to melt Almond Bark

Almond Bark can be melted in a number of ways from using the Instant Pot to Microwave and even melting on the stove. I'll show you my favorite methods when it comes to working with white chocolate bark recipes.

Chop Almond Bark into small pieces of shavings and place in a large bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and then stir. Heat for an additional 30 seconds and stir. If additional time is needed heat in 15 second intervals and stir until smooth. Always be careful not to allow additional liquid into the bowl.

You can also easily melt almond bark using an Instant Pot or Electric Pressure Cooker by adding 2 cups of water to the Instant Pot liner and turning to Saute'. Add chopped bark to large bowl and set bowl on top of Instant Pot creating a double boiler.

As the water heats up the bowl will get hot and heat the chocolate in the bowl and melt the chocolate. It's really easy to do.

Can I freeze Bunny Bark or Spring Bark?

While you can, I’m not sure that you would want to. The added candies will become stale or chewy and the almond bark may begin to separate or sweat as it thaws making it a little less appealing.

That being said, it’d still be perfectly safe to consume, so the choice is up to you.
