Give Flourless Chocolate Cake a try, you will LOVE IT! Trust me, I was skeptical too. How can you make a cake without flour? It just seems wrong. This is more of a very fudgy brownie texture and it's ah-ma-ZING! One bite and you will be hooked with this rich and delicious Flourless Chocolate Cake Recipe.

This recipe is inspired from King Arthur Baking, it's a wonderful recipe. I'm adding my tips to help you make a delicious fudgy chocolate cake. I've garnished mine with White Chocolate and Raspberries. The white chocolate is a nice compliment to the deep rich chocolate and any berries give a sweet tart taste to each bite.

A little goes a long way! I can't emphasize enough, this cake is RICH. A small slice is really all you want. In this case, you won't want to over indulge but the great news is that this cake will feed more than you think. Drizzle some chocolate on the dessert plate with a few berries for the WOW factor we all love.

The presentation of a flourless chocolate cake is almost as good as the taste. You are right--it is rich, but so worth it!

This cake was so rich and so delicious! I went back for a second piece because I couldn't get enough of how sweet it was! Definitely need a glass of milk to wash this down, but the milk just makes it even better!
