Seasoning Blend

Brown Sugar

Smoked Paprika

Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer to 380 F degrees.
Seasoning Blend
Mix together seasoning in a small bowl and mix to combine. Set bowl aside.
Prepare Pork Chops
Pat Pork Chops dry with paper towel.
Rub olive oil on pork chops.
Sprinkle seasoning blend on Pork Chops. Season both sides and place in preheated Air Fryer.
Air Fryer pork chops for 5 minutes. Open Air Fryer basket and carefully flip over pork chops.
Air Fry for an additional 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F degrees.
Allow pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Tips:
Season pork chops using your favorite seasoning blend or the recipe provided
Do not stack pork chops on top of each other. Place pork chops in basket in single layer allowing room for air to flow around pork chops

Storage & Make Ahead
Store:
Let the pork chops cool completely, then transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Freeze:
Wrap each cooked chop in foil or plastic wrap, then place in a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Reheat:
Warm in the air fryer at 350°F for 2–3 minutes until heated through and the edges are crisp again.
Make Ahead:
Season the pork chops up to a day in advance and keep them covered in the fridge — a smart move for a busy night.
