Serve: Serve Stuffed Mushrooms Hot as an appetizer or to add to a Charcuterie Board
Storage & Make Ahead
Store: Keep leftover air fryer stuffed mushrooms in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They’ll stay fresh, but the texture is best when enjoyed sooner rather than later.
Freeze: For longer storage, place cooled mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Then, transfer them to a freezer bag or air-tight container. They’ll last for up to 2 months—just be sure to reheat them properly for the best texture!
Reheat: To bring back that crispy texture, reheat mushrooms in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-5 minutes. You can also warm them in a conventional oven at 375°F for 10 minutes. Avoid microwaving, as it can make them soft and soggy.
Make Ahead: Assemble the stuffed mushrooms, but don’t cook them yet. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, then pop them in the air fryer just before serving for the freshest flavor and perfect texture!
