Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl, and whisk together with the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. 4 Eggs, 3 tablespoon Heavy Cream, Salt and Pepper
Add the grated cheese and mix until well combined. ¼ cup Shredded Cheese
Spray a glass dish with non-stick cooking spray to prevent the eggs from sticking when cooking, and pour the egg mixture into the dish.
Place the dish in the air fryer. Air fry for 5 minutes, then open the air fryer and stir the eggs. Scrape the dish to combine the ingredients and ensure even cooking.
Air fry for another 4 minutes, then stir the eggs again with a silicone spatula. Air fry for an additional 3 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked and fluffy.
Stir the eggs again, then sprinkle a tablespoon or two of shredded cheese on top of the cooked eggs and place the dish back in the warm air fryer. Let the cheese melt from the residual heat without cooking further.
Once the cheese has melted, your air fryer scrambled eggs are ready to serve. Enjoy them as is or with your favorite breakfast sides.
