Place Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Half and Half, Salt, and Pepper into a blender and blend until smooth and combined. About 30 seconds. 4 Eggs, ½ cup Cottage Cheese, ¼ cup Half and Half, Salt and Pepper
Spray silicone egg bite mold with baking spray.
Fill each well with a tablespoon of ham cubes and a pinch of cheese. ¼ cup Ham Cubes, ⅓ cup Mozarella Cheese
Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese. Fill egg bite well.
Air Fry Egg Bites at 350F Degrees for 5-7 minutes.
Test egg bites by sticking a knife or toothpick into the center. The toothpick should come out clean.
