Wash cranberries pulling out any berry that is soft or looking not so good. Place berries in a food process and quickly pulse over and over until berries are finely chopped.
Place chopped cranberries into a medium bowl and set aside.
Cut off the ends of the orange and slice orange into 6 or 8 slices removing seeds as needed. Place orange slices, orange peel and all into the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
Place chopped orange in bowl with diced cranberries and set aside.
Peel and core Granny Smith Apple removing all seeds and slicing into 6-8 slices. Using food processor chop to finely chopped pieces by pulsing over and over.
Add coarsely chopped apples to mixing bowl and combine cranberries, orange and apple together.
Stir in sugar. Use ¾ to 1 cup of sugar depending on the sweetness you prefer.
Serve as an appetizer with crackers or tortilla chips or use as a side dish and garnish baked chicken or turkey. It’s delicious.

Variations
Try adding one or two of these ideas
Cinnamon, just a pinch
Pecans, walnuts or almonds.
Jalapeños, heat it up with a jalapeños. Remove seeds and chop.
Celery gives an added crunch
Serve over softened Cream Cheese, Yum!
