Mouthwatering Philly Cheese Steak Sliders are perfect for Game Night or just because. These hand held Sliders are easily made in the Instant Pot or Stove Top
Thinly slice bell pepper and cut in half length wise to make small pieces and set aside
Thinly slice Onion and then cut in quarters and set aside
Slice Flank Steak into thin strips and then take each strip and slice on the diagonal into smaller bite size pieces and set aside
Heat Instant Pot to Saute and wait until it reads "Hot"
Add Olive Oil to Hot Instant Pot and wait until the oil is heated up and the Instant Pot reads "Hot"
Add sliced Flank Steak and Saute for about 45-60 seconds and then turn over and saute for an additional 45-60 seconds.
Turn Instant Pot Off
With a wooden spoon scrape bits of stuck steak off the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Add Beef Broth and scrape remaining pieces off
Add Pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, Bell Pepper, Onion and Mushrooms to Instant Pot
Sprinkle Dry Italian Dressing Packet on top and stir
Close lid and set to Manual (Pressure Cook) for 1 minute
Immediately Quick Release
Slice rolls as a whole in half horizontally and set the top aside
Spray baking dish with spray and place rolls in dish
Carefully spoon meat mixture (reserving as much juice as possible) onto rolls. (Note - Allow the mixture to drain the liquid before placing on rolls)
Add Provolone Cheese to top and place the top of the rolls on top.
Brush with 1 Tbs melted butter if desired
Bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted
Slice and enjoy dipped in Au Jus
Stove Top Directions:

Heat Frying pan over Medium High Heat and Add Olive Oil. Allow pan and oil to get hot
Add sliced Flank Steak and Saute for about 60 seconds and then turn over and saute for an additional 60 seconds.
Over Medium Heat add Beef Broth, Pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, Onion, Bell Pepper, and Mushrooms and stir
Sprinkle Dry Italian Dressing Packet on top and stir
Saute for 3-5 Minutes or until vegetables reach a desired softened texture
Remove from heat

I prefer to use Cast Iron Skillet when cooking on a Stove Top for this recipeFlank Steak is preferred however, Eye of Round Steak or other cuts can be used. Cut meat against the grain and thin for best results
