Instructions
Pancakes
Use Fluffy Pancake Recipe or package Pancake Mix. Follow directions for pancakes
Follow mixing instructions. Heat skillet over medium/high heat.
Use a Medium Cookie Scoop #24 to make mini Pancakes
Cook until golden brown and top bubbles, then flip and cook other side
Fruit
Wash fruit and pat dry.
Prepare mini bowls filled with Yogurt, Granola and Syrup
Building Charcuterie Board
Begin with largest ingredients. Pancakes. Build a train of pancakes or place 3-4 small piles of pancakes on large cutting board
Add smaller groups of fruit around board
Place Yogurt and Granola Bowls tucking additional fruit around bowls to fill space
Add Twisted Oranges for texture and color but to also enjoy!
