Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Cream Butter and white sugar until light and fluffy. About 2 minutes
Mix Powdered Sugar, Cream of Tartar, and Baking Soda until combined
Add Egg and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth
Add Flour 1 cup at a time until combined
Stir Funfetti Sprinkles
Using a Medium Cookie Scoop place 12-15 cookies on a large cookie sheet
Bake at 350 Degrees for 7-9 Minutes
Cool on pan for 2 minutes before removing to wire cooling rack
Notes
Cookie Scoop: Use a Medium Size #24 Cookie Scoop
Cookies will be a light golden around the edges. Do not over bake
Store in an airtight container
