Instructions
Pour one cup of water into the bottom of your pressure cooker and place a trivet on top.
In a pressure cooker safe bowl, add in your shredded white cheddar cheese and your cubed Velveeta.
Add in your cubed cream cheese, Ro-Tel tomatoes, red onion, and black beans and additional milk. Then stir in the seasonings.
Place your bowl on the trivet inside the pressure cooker.
Set the pressure cooker to manual pressure and cook on high for 6 minutes with a quick release.
Remove the pan and stir the cheese until combined.
Serve with your favorite chips or over Nachos
