This easy Air Fryer Meatloaf not only streamlines the classic comfort food into a quicker cooking process but also infuses it with a rich, delicious flavor that's hard to beat. In a large bowl combine ground hamburger with tomato sauce, 2 eggs, and 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing mix of any variety. 1 lb Hamburger, 2 Eggs, 1 box Stove Top Stuffing, 1 8oz Tomato Sauce
Mix using your hands or in a stand mixer.
Divide the meatloaf mixture into 2 equal portions and form each one into a loaf—about 8 inches by 3 inches by 2 inches. TIP: It's best if each loaf is uniform in size and shape for best air fryer results.
Preheat Air Fryer to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Place the meat loaves into the air fryer basket. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
While the meatloaf is cooking, prepare the glaze by combining BBQ sauce and ketchup in a small bowl. After the initial 15 minutes, baste each meatloaf with the sauce mixture, reserving some for dipping. Air Fry again for 6-8 minutes or until the internal temperature of each loaf reaches 165 degrees F. ½ Cup BBQ Sauce, ½ Cup Ketchup
Slice and serve with reserved dipping sauce.

Storage
Store: Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container or Ziploc bag for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven and serve as a Meatloaf Sandwich or enjoy sliced warm with dipping sauce.
Freeze: Wrap the cooked and cooled meatloaf tightly in aluminum foil or place it in a freezer-safe bag. It can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in the air fryer or oven.
