Ingredients
- 4 Slices Eggo French Toast Sticks
- Syrup
- Berries
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Place the Frozen French Toast Sticks in the Air Fryer and cook them at 400 degrees F for 3-4 Minutes. 4 Slices Eggo French Toast Sticks
- Flip the French Toast Sticks over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot and garnish with Powdered Sugar, Berries, and/or Syrup. Syrup, Berries, Powdered Sugar

Each slice of French Toast makes 4 French Toast Sticks. Serve approximately 8 French toast Sticks per serving.
Storage
- Store: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place the French toast sticks back in the air fryer at 400°F for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. This method ensures they stay crispy.
- Freeze: Place the French toast sticks in a freezer-safe bag and freeze for up to two months. Reheated from frozen by following the steps above and adding a couple of minutes to the cook time.
