Rub olive oil over Tri Tip roast and season with steak seasoning of choice along with garlic. 1-2 pounds Tri Tip Roast, 2 tablespoon Olive Oil, 2 tablespoon Steak Seasoning, 3-4 Garlic Cloves
Place Seasoned Tri Tip in the hot air fryer.
Ai Fryer at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip Tri Tip over and Air Fryer for an additional 8-10 minutes.
Tri Tip Roast is done when internal temperature reaches desired doneness: 130°F for rare; 140°F for medium rare; 150°F for medium; 160°F for medium well; 170°F for well done.
Remove from Air Fryer and allow roast to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Tent with aluminum foil to retain heat.
