Storage & Freezing
Store: Once cooled, keep your air fryer onions in an airtight container or ZipLoc bag in the refrigerator. They’ll stay fresh for up to 7 days and ready for all your favorite meals.
Freeze: While not ideal, you can freeze these onions in a freezer-safe bag for up to 1 month. Keep in mind that freezing may slightly affect their crispy texture.
Reheat: Pop the onions back into your air fryer at 370°F for 1-2 minutes. This will revive their crispiness without drying them out.
Make Ahead: Prep your onions by slicing and seasoning them a day in advance. Store them in the fridge until you’re ready to air fry, making your cooking process even faster.
