Slice the butter into small cubes, and place them in a silicone baking dish in the air fryer. ⅓ cup Butter,
Preheat the Air Fryer to 370 degrees F for 2 minutes, melting the butter in the silicone baking dish while it heats up.
Place the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine the dry ingredients. 1 ½ cup All Purpose Flour, 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar, 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder, 1 teaspoon Salt
Use a spoon to make a well in the middle of the flour mixture.
Add the Buttermilk to the flour mixture and mix with the spoon until the dough is thick and sticky. ¾ cup Buttermilk
Transfer the biscuit dough to the silicone baking dish that contains the melted butter.
Carefully spread and press the dough to fill the baking dish. The melted butter will ooze over the top of the biscuits.
Cover the silicone dish with aluminum foil and air fry at 370 degrees F for 18-20 minutes. Remove the foil and air fry the biscuits for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
Remove the silicone pan from the air fryer basket and allow it to cool for a few minutes before flipping the biscuits onto a plate. Slice the biscuits and serve. Enjoy!
