Air Fryer Biscuits are the best way to make fluffy, golden brown biscuits – a great side dish for any meal! These easy biscuits save you time and effort, making them great for busy weeknight dinners.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: All-Purpose Flour, Sugar, Cream of Tartar, Baking Powder, and a pinch of Salt. Mix these dry ingredients together with a spoon until well combined. 1 cup All Purpose Flour, 2 teaspoon Granulated Sugar, ¼ teaspoon Cream of Tartar, 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
Use a cheese grater to grate the cold Butter into the flour mixture. This method ensures the Butter is evenly distributed, leading to flakier biscuits. ¼ cup Butter
Then use a pastry cutter or fork to mix the Butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the Milk. Stir with a large spoon until the dough starts to come together. ⅓ cup Milk
Use your hands to incorporate all the flour, but be careful not to over-mix or knead the dough too much, as this can make the biscuits tough.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ½ inch thick.
Use a round biscuit cutter to cut out circles of dough. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
Air fry at 370°F for 6-7 minutes, flipping the biscuits halfway through to ensure even baking. They are done when they are golden brown on both sides.
