This Easy Frozen Pretzel in Air Fryer recipe is perfect for after-school snacks, game nights, or even as an enticing appetizer with your favorite dip! This air fryer recipe is the quickest and easiest way to get the perfect pretzel experience!
Preheat the air fryer to 330 degrees F for up to 5 minutes.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray.
Place 1 to 4 frozen pretzels in the air fryer in a single layer, with some space in between each one. It's important not to stack them on top of each other; otherwise, they will stick together.
Using a pastry brush, brush water on the frozen pretzels, and sprinkle the top of the pretzels with coarse salt on the moistened edges of the pretzel. The water will help the salt stick to the pretzels.
Air Fry at 330 Degrees F for 3–4 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove the hot pretzels with silicone tip tongs.
Serve hot with cheese sauce, mustard, or ranch as desired!
Notes
TIP: When brushing water on frozen pretzels, I find the water almost freezes to the pretzel. Brush water in small portions and sprinkle salt immediately over portion brushed. Then brush the next area and repeat.
Storage
Storage: If you find yourself with leftover air fryer pretzels (though, let's be real, they're so delicious they probablt won't last long!), store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. When you're ready to enjoy them again, simply warm them in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to revive that crispy exterior and warm interior!
Freezing: As we're using frozen pretzels, try and heat up the amount of pretzels you need for your snack or occasion. They shouldn't be refrozen once heated up.
