Instructions
In the Instant Pot add Oats, Water, and Almond Extract. Combine ingredients together and stir.
Place the lid on Instant Pot. Close it and make sure the pressure release valve is in a closed and locked position.
Set to Pressure Cook for 4 minutes.
Allow a 20-minute Natural Pressure Release before releasing the remaining pressure and opening the lid.
Give the mixture a good stir, and serve hot with your favorite toppings!

Store: Store cooked steel-cut oats in an airtight container or in a container covered in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Freeze: Cooked oats can also be frozen for up to 3 months. It is best to freeze in individual servings in freezer-safe containers after completely cooling.
