This easy Ranch Burger recipe makes a juicy, perfectly seasoned beef burger, topped with thick Ranch Dressing, Tomato, and Lettuce all in a delicious toasted bun. It's perfect for your next cookout, or for any time of the year - complete with Pan-Fried and Air Fryer instructions!
In a large bowl combine ground beef, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Separate mixture into 4 equal size patties and form patties using hands. Each patty should be about an inch thick and round.
Cover patties with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes before cooking.
Grilled or Pan Fried
Heat a pan over medium heat until hot. Place chilled patties into skillet leaving room between each patty.
Cook patties until seared on the bottom and cooked halfway up the sides. Flip burgers and repeat on the other side, cooking burgers to your preferred level of doneness.
Air Fry Directions
Place patty on parchment paper or spray Air Fryer Basket with a nonstick cooking spray (Avocado or Olive Oil are my favorite).
Set Air Fryer to 360 Degrees and cook according to the weight of the burger:
¼ lb: 360 Degrees 6-7 Minutes Flip over and cook 5-6 minutes more.
⅓ lb: 360 Degrees 8-9 Minutes Flip over and cook 6-8 minutes more.
½ lb: 360 Degrees 11-12 Minutes Flip over and cook 9-11 minutes more.
Dress Burger
Place the cooked burger on a toasted bun and top with a drizzle of Ranch Dressing and any other condiments you desire.
Garnish with tomato slices, lettuce, cheese, etc.
Notes
Storage & Make Ahead
Make Ahead: Make the patties ahead of time and store them in an airtight container or Ziploc bags in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 6 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking.
Store: Store burgers once they have cooled in a sealed container, wrapped in plastic wrap, or in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Freeze: Freeze uncooked or cooked burger patties in a freezer-safe container, or in freezer bags for up to 4 months if cooked, and 6 months if uncooked. Put a piece of parchment paper between each one, or wrap them individually in plastic wrap to prevent them from sticking together.
