Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad Sound Familiar? Well, it should this is a Copy Cat Recipe for Suddenly Salad Bacon Ranch Pasta. It’s creamy, and so much better made fresh.
Place Pasta in Pressure Cooker with 3 cups Chicken Broth or Water and set to Manual (Pressure Cook) High for 3 minutes. Allow a 3 minute Natural Release and then quick release.
Rinse and Drain Pasta and place in Refrigerator for 25 minutes to cool.
Chop Cooked Bacon into small bite size pieces and place in bowl
Rough chop Slivered Carrots and place in bowl
Rinse frozen peas under warm water and drain. Place in bowl.
Add cooled pasta to bowl and toss to combine
Add ¾ Cup Creamy Ranch Dressing and mix.
Serve immediately. Store leftovers in Refrigerator. Stir before serving.
OPTIONAL - Cook Chicken Breast in Air Fryer CrispLid at 350 Degrees for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Allow to cool and cut into bite size pieces.
