In a crock-pot place roast, broth and garlic. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-4 hours. Time varies depending on size of roast.
Allow roast to cook for hours, this allows the meat to fall apart and shred easily. When it's done you should be able to take a fork and press on the roast and it will break down into shreds easily.
