Garlic Roasted Potatoes made easily in the Instant Pot takes only 7 minutes. These Gold and Red Potatoes come out perfect every time and full of garlic and parmesan. Delicious.

New Potatoes
Red or Gold or both

Tbs
Italian Seasonings

Melted Butter

garlic
crushed

cup
Broth
*Chicken or Vegetable Broth
½
cup
Parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Melt Butter and add seasonings and fresh garlic
Slice or quarter potatoes and put into Instant Pot
Add melted butter and seasonings and stir
Add in broth
Cook on Manual for 5 minutes. Quick Release Pressure QR immediately and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Remove from pot and enjoy!
Store leftover potatoes in a sealed container in refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
What kind of potatoes should I use?
To make Roasted Garlic Potatoes you can use Baby Red Potatoes, or Baby Gold Potatoes. I prefer a mixture of both for this recipe.
