Ingredients

2 pound Pkg Frozen Tater Tots

Slices
Cooked Bacon cut into small pieces
¾
Cup
Cheddar Cheese
½
Cup
Diced Tomato
¼
Cup
Diced Green Onions
Kabob Sticks
Instructions
Follow directions on frozen Tater Tots package for baking directions.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes
Slide 6 Tater Tots (short ways) on Kabob stick leaving a little room between each one and place back on baking sheet
Sprinkle each kabob with Cheddar Cheese
Garnish with diced tomatoes, Bacon, and green onions
Place back into the oven for 3-5 minutes to melt cheese
Remove from oven and serve with Western Dipping Sauce or Salsa
Notes
Tater Tot Kabobs can be served with Sour Cream, Salsa or a Western Dipping Sauce (Recipe Below)
