In a glass bowl melt chocolate chips in Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Add an additional 30 seconds and stir. If more time is needed add 15 seconds and stir until smooth.
Using a food processor smash Graham Crackers to a fine crumb and pout into a small bowl. Bowl needs to be larger than the Marshmallow.
Using your fingers hold top of Marshmallow and Dip Marshmallow into Chocolate coating ½ of the marshmallow. Lift and shake off excess chocolate.
Dip Chocolate Coated Marshmallow into Graham Cracker Crumbs and marshmallow side down on parchment paper.
Carefully poke stick into marshmallow ¾th the way through but do not poke through. The deeper the stick is placed the better.
(optional) Toast Marshmallow using a lighter or gas stove top until toasted.

15 Long Wilton Popsicle Sticks are needed in this recipe.Toasting Marshmallow is Optional. Wait until Chocolate has fully set before attempting to toast the rim of the Marshmallow. Toast Marshmallow using a BBQ lighter or gas stove top until lightly toasted. Be careful not to get chocolate near the heat or it will melt.
