In a large pot over medium High heat combine Butter, Karo Syrup, 2 Cups Marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Heat and stir until Marshmallows are melted and remove from heat
Add Vanilla Extract and Stir to combine. Then stir Golden Graham Cereal until well coated.
Pour mixture into greased 9×13 pan and top with 1 cup mini marshmallows sprinkled on top
