Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Dough

Pepperoni Slices

Mozzarella Cheese

Garlic Powder

teaspoon
Red Pepper Flakes
Optional

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375F Degrees and spray a pie dish with cooking spray
Lightly flour work surface and unroll Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust. Using a Rolling pin, roll dough thin. About ¼in thick.
Make an Egg Wash by whisking the egg and adding 1 Tablespoon water and mixing. Using a pastry brush, brush egg wash over the dough.
Sprinkle Italian Seasonings and Garlic Powder over the dough and then place pepperoni on dough leaving ½inch around outside edges
Feel Free to add Red Pepper Flakes too. It’s optional but adds a nice amount of heat.
Roll dough tightly and seal by pinching the dough together at seam and edges.
Place the roll into a well-greased Pie Pan and brush with egg washing making sure seams are securely closed.
Additional seasonings can be sprinkled on top too.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. As every oven cooks a little differently it doesn’t hurt to watch the last few minutes so it’s not overbaked.
Slice and dip into marinara. Serves 8-10
