In a saucepan saute Onion in Olive Oil until cooked through. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
Add Ground Sirloin, Ground Pork, Bread Crumbs, Eggs, BBQ Sauce, Sauteed Onion and Garlic, Salt, Oregano, Pepper, Eggs. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix
Dice Cheese Cubes into larger cubes and hand stir into mixture
Form 2 loaves for easier baking
Place on Rack on cookie sheet or use a drip pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and check for internal temperature. Baste with remaining BBQ Sauce and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Allow to sit for 3-5 mintues before slicing and serving.
