Philly Cheesesteaks are loaded with tender pieces of beef, onion, bell peppers, cheese and seasoned to perfection. Lip Licking Delicious and so easy to make
Slice steak thinly across grain with a sharp knife. Then cut each slice into 1in bite sized pieces.
Slice Bell Pepper and onions in thin slices and quarter
Heat Pressure Cooker on Saute until it reads “Hot” and add Olive Oil
Add cut up steak and season with salt and pepper
Cook for about 45-60 seconds and then stir and cook for an additional minute.
Turn off Instant Pot
Deglazing the Instant Pot is easy. To do this add broth and with a flat wooden spoon scrape the bits stuck to the bottom of the pot liner. This will prevent the “Burn Notice” when cooking.
Add chopped Onion and Bell Peppers, Worcestershire sauce and Zesty Italian Dry Seasoning Packet and stir
Place Lid on top and seal pressure value
Set Instant Pot or Electric Pressure Cooker to Manual Pressure Cook for 1 Minute with a Quick Release.
Open Lid and Stir
Remove Steak and Vegetables
On a cookie Sheet unroll Crescent Rolls making 4 squares
Using your fingers pinch the seams closed
Place about ½ cup of mixture on Crescent Roll and top with 1 slice provolone cheese
Pull opposite corners together meeting in the top center and repeat with remaining corners creating a pouch
Whisk egg and brush on croissant
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown
