Everyone loves tasty fluffy pancakes. That’s probably one of the reasons why breakfast diners do so well. Fluffy pancakes that melt in your mouth like butter are a gift from heaven.

Ingredients

Flour

Sugar

Baking Powder

teaspoon
Salt

Egg Plus 1 Egg White

tablespoon
Butter
1 ½
cup
Milk

teaspoon
Vanilla
Instructions
Place Dry ingredients in a bowl and combine.
In a small bowl whip Egg White until light and fluffy and set aside.
Combine wet ingredients, egg, melted butter, milk and vanilla in a bowl or large measuring cup and whisk to combine.
Mix Wet ingredients with dry ingredients and hand mix to combine. Do not over mix.
Fold in whipped Egg White.
Heat Skillet over medium high heat until hot.
Place ¼ cup of pancake mix on greased hot skillet.
Cook until edges bubble and flip pancake over.
Serve with warm syrup and butter.
