Instructions
Instant Pot Instructions
Place 2 cups liquid in Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker
Place a large glass bowl on top to create a double boiler
Add Milk Chocolate Chips and Butter Scotch Chips to bowl
Set Pressure Cooker To Saute. The water will heat up and create steam, warming the glass bowl and melting the chocolate
Stir and needed until chocolate and butterscotch chips are completely melted
Be careful to not get any liquid into chocolate mixture of it will seize up
Turn Off Instant Pot/Pressure cooker
Add Chow Mein Noodles and Stir to coat all noodlesSpoon 2-3 Tbs of mixture onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Shape into a Nest and place 3 Cadbury Chocolate Eggs
Allow to completely cool
Microwave Instructions
In a large glass bowl place Chocolate Chips and Butterscotch chips and stir to mix them up
Heat chips in Microwave for 2 minutes ~ stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate mixture is smooth
Remove from Microwave and add Chow mein noodles
Stir to coat all the noodles
Spoon 2-3 Tbs of mixture onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Shape into a Nest and place 3 Cadbury Chocolate Eggs
Allow to completely cool
