Ingredients

butter
softened

flour

sugar

eggs

vanilla

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
cream of tartar
¾

sugar

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
In a mixing bowl beat butter on medium to high speed for 1 minute
Add Sugar and mix to combine
Add Eggs one at a time. Whip for 1-2 minutes
Add half the Flour
Mix in Vanilla, Baking Soda and Cream of Tartar. Mix in remaining Flour
Shape dough into 1 ½ inch balls
Combine ¾ Cup Sugar and 4 teaspoon Cinnamon in a Zip Lock bag and shake to combine.
Add Dough and cover in sugar mixture
Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart
Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown
Cool on wire rack
